Timeline
It is expected that the initial civil works on Yard 37 will commence
in the southern summer of 2010/2011. This date is subject to resource consents
and funding approval.
Note: The timing of the civil works for the marine precinct and the
launch infrastructure at Yard 37 are dependent on the relevant consents
being issued by local Councils. Things are currently progressing as
anticipated.
On completion of the civil work, titles will be issued and Yard 37
will be ready for the construction of your new boat building facility.
