Core Marine Area

Yard 37's core marine area takes prime position within the facility and is a hub for businesses involved in building and refitting superyachts. This area accommodates a range of yacht building requirements. Occupants will design and build their own shed spaces, subject to simple master plan requirements. All sheds have access to a common yard which links directly to the launch road and deep water launching facilities.Land lots in the core marine area have good road frontage with allowances for ample visitor parking at the front of each facility.The core marine area is prime real estate, ideal for occupants who desire a high profile in tandem with ready access to launch facilities.

Mixed-Use Marine

Located in the north-western corner of Yard 37 overlooking Hobsonville Point Road, Chandlery Lane is the domain of marine specialists and wholesale suppliers to superyacht builders and refitters.Plans provide for a mixture of showroom, warehouse and office space to ensure owner/occupiers can build the solution to best meet their business needs. With direct access to Hobsonville Point Road, visitor access is especially easy.

Retail Plaza

Designed to incorporate the site's historic wartime hangars, the retail plaza incorporates a maritime retail centre as well as boutique restaurants and cafes. The Plaza provides a valuable opportunity for retail businesses to service the anticipated 2,000-strong workforce that will be based at Yard 37 on its completion.Located on Hobsonville Point Road, adjacent to Chandlery Lane, the retail plaza will also attract local residents and nearby workers.
